Cancellation Policy

At Salt Cracker, LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a service you have purchased from us. We aim to make the cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible, while also being fair to both parties.

We do not charge a deposit at the time of booking. We do, however, put a credit card on file. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If guests cancel within 72 hours or do not show up for the scheduled charter they will be charged half the charter price to their credit card on file. Guests will not be charged if their scheduled charter is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or mechanical issues.
